Pros
SRA has always prided themselves on balancing their responsibilities to their customers, their employees, and their community. For the most part, this has continued even as the company has grown, but more (lately) at the individual and project level, where most folks seem to really care about their jobs and their people.
Cons
SRA's senior leadership has always run the company in a very "clubby", "who-knows-who" fashion, based on personal networks and relationships, stemming from the SRA's origins as a very small firm and sustained by the corporate culture. When the company was below a certain size, this generally worked well. But with the latest growth, and a new echelon of executives who don't seem to understand what managing a professional services firm entails, this approach has broken down severely. More and more, executives are making decisions that seem to ignore the best interests of their employees, which surely can't have positive implications for the bottom line.
