      good pay depending what branch you work at. weekends off and holidays off

      Cons

      management is always deceitful . winter time your hours get cut. drivers have been caught driving down the wrong side of the road and still have their jobs. promises of advancement and never happens. career development is always discussed but never happens. driver are always claimed to be the face of the company but always treated like trash.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
