      Good health benefits and match 401k

      Cons

      Management needs training. Upper management too swamped by acquisitions to help those below them. HR does not help with problems at the data clerk level. They are treated as dispensable. Also the company does not have paid sick days. Vacation days have to be used when ill.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
