      Pros

      The only pro I would say is that there are a lot of locations to work at. Other than that, the whole process of working for SRS has been sub par.

      Cons

      Very political when it comes to hiring of people. You have to fight for your salary and work on upper management just to receive a year end review and/or merit increase. Promotions are not based on experience, based on who you know. Be careful who you trust.

      Stock options. 401k. Health benefits.

      Cons

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
