      Different opportunities every day. It's a decentralized business model so you get to get your hands in pretty much every aspect of the business that you want to. I learned a lot over the course of the internship.

      Cons

      Depending on location and manager you'll likely do some physical labor. It adds to the experience and is a valuable part of the internship.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
