Can get a hectic workload if they get backed up. Don't work here if you consider yourself lazy or would rather enjoy waiting on the clock to run out while sitting around.
Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
