Pros
Sits on 121, easy to get to. Lots of branches if there is a way to transfer and work at branch level. Pay is decent but definitely could be more competitive.
Cons
Doesn’t seem to be much opportunity for movement within corporate. The company itself is great but it’s not one of those “just get in then you can build a career” type of places. Lots of focus on college recruiting for branch managers but nothing in place for current employees at the corporate level. Hard for corporate depts to keep up with the acquisitions. Not a lot of transparency between departments.
