I will admit that the work at SRS is fast-paced. We tell all candidates during the interview process so no one is surprised. I’m here nearly five years and there are few dull moments. There are times of the year that we are busier than others and with our growth, it feels like it’s every day lately. With that said, we strive to find a balance. Today we are all enjoying a bagel breakfast and in two weeks we have our annual company picnic. Our quarterly happy hour was paired with our 10-year anniversary party in February. We have some exciting plans in the works for developing each and every employee, but I can’t discuss them yet. For right now, development plans to get an employee prepared for the next step in their career can be worked on and prepared by the employee and their Manager together. Thank you for your advice to management. We are striving to increase communication with employees and have people in Human Resources to help. We wish you success in your future endeavors.

Stock options. 401k. Health benefits.

Cons

Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
