      None really. If you can sell your golden but if you don’t produce I guess they don’t give you a long leash.

      Cons

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
