Pros
The company has a small time feel to it , and the employees get a lot of transparency and tools to grow and be a part of the company success . I’ve worked in a couple of companies and this one ranks at the top in culture and care for its employees . If you’re a hard worker and a creative mind , you’re very valued and will do very well at SRS
Cons
Not really a con , but since The company is growing very fast , structure has to play catch up , but that is very well known by the management team and always addressed .
