I've been with SRS (dba Roofline Supply) now for almost six years. In this time I've been given many opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally. Cons
SRS can be a very fast-paced environment. May not be suitable for everyone. Definitely need to have the duck in water mentality; paddling like heck underneath, but cool, calm and collected above water.
