Pros
Fast paced and days seem to fly by in the warmer months. Management and corporate office are very helpful. I've worked for this company for under 4 years now and have been promoted 3 times. All you need to do is work hard and you WILL be noticed by upper management
Cons
Stressful and things change on a dime. Roofers can be over demanding at times. Purchasing department likes to run your inventory on the edge.
