      Pros

      In the warmer months its a great place to work. Tons of overtime, fast paced so the day goes real fast, and the pay and benefits weren't bad at all.

      Sometimes the fast paced aspect is a little tiring

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
