Pros
Upper management truly cares about you as an MIT and wants to empower you to succeed in the program and take a manager role as soon as you are ready. The pay is good if you get enough hours. CAREER GROWTH!! If you can stand the long hours and the manual labor and the ways of the industry, you will have amazing opportunities for growth and career advancement. You can easily make 6 figures as a 23 year old. I can't think of many industries or companies where that is possible.
Cons
These may not be cons to some but they were for me. Be prepared to work from 6:30am-5pm every day and sometimes Saturdays. Be prepared to do a significant amount of strenuous manual labor. Frowned upon to look for jobs at corporate as an MIT
