      Growth under right management. Benefits Pay

      Cons

      Some of the leadership at the top have no clue regarding the bad management and leadership under them. Some are great but definitely some bad seeds. 1930's mindset for some in more ways than one. Some colleagues see and hear the unfair treatment and observe the favoritism but are silent.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
