      Learned plenty of new skills regarding warehouse work. I was also able to take a position to lead the warehouse workers. I also take the role to help customers when needed in and out of state. I have learned computer skills receiving payments and also shipping details.

      Cons

      I believe I have plenty of room for improvement on leading a group of workers. I also believe I can learn more about sales.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
