      Had amazing boss that understood and worked with me. The company had good benefits and offered extra insurance at a reasonable price.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
