      not sitting in an office all day, meet alot of great people, as some management and majority of staff was great!

      Cons

      unrealistic expectations, plays favorites, party atmosphere (lots of alcohol/ drug use) on sales teams, talks down to women, inexperience of sales managers, inappropriate behavior between staff and management.

      Cons

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
