Job security, lots of overtime, sometimes you get bonuses
Cons
Overtime is excessive and mandatory. It is nice to have in your paycheck but it is hard on your body. There is no work life balance. I could not do anything during the week after work with my family because I was always too tired from working long days. Expect to work 12 hours per day, sometimes more.
