      Everything, starting with the main priority being safety, no matter the job they want to make sure you make it home safe. Awesome benefits. Great career development.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive compared to minimum wage but feel I’m not compensated for the amount of work I do. I have two roles which one pulls me away from the other.

      Cons

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
