      Uneven ability to grow. Differs extremely based on leadership and group. Large disconnect between the executive level and the rest of the support staff.

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
