Pros
- The company believes in a solid work-life balance which is great. - It is located in San Francisco. The company benefits from the crowd that wants to live and work in the city, of which there is a large contigency. - The culture is a nice one, with minimal sharks.
Cons
- The way the company looks at new ideas is from a 'we never did that before so why would we do it now' approach. There are times where it is difficult to be a creative yet logical thinker. - For some reason people are afraid to make decisions. So, they keep "asking others" for advice. Making a no-brainer decision becomes a circular process which adds unneeded weeks to make a decision that other companies make in one conversation. - For a company to pride itself on having innovative products, which it does, it takes years to get new product versions out.
