Company has reduced investments on existing products and placed all its eggs in the new product(s) for an unproven market segment. This has created a dual-class structure for its employees. Those who are NOT working on the new product deal with the fallout and suffer the consequences. There is a serious lack of direction for the company given the extreme amount of uncertainty with a major new product roll-out. This has trickled down to the employees in the form of lack of career opportunities, minimal-to-no raises, and lay-offs.
