Poor leadership, from the top and trickles all the way down. Always promoting from within based on tenure, instead of skills. No diversity of thought and a lot of “we’ve always done it this way” mentality. Constantly moving the goal post, poor integration of new acquisitions, toxic work environment - zero motivation and consistently taking away opportunities to build culture, motivation and incentives. No work gatherings ever approved, zero culture and just an overall depressing place.
