Pros
1) A good starting point, able to learn in wider scope compared to larger fund services companies 2) Seniors willing to teach and provide help 3) Casual working attire 4) As long as you get your work done, you are good.
Cons
1) Remuneration is not attractive 2) No systematic and formal training for new comer 3) Very few activities organised to form the bond among colleagues 4) Fund services system is slow sometimes with no reason.
