Lack of communication - Anonymous employee SS&C Employee Review

There is no communication between senior and middle managements. The promotion and job responsibility are based on who is boss favorite. The company doesn't conduct performance review regularly. If it does, they express what they like about you and constantly and repeatably remind the mistakes you made so conclusion is you do poorly in their eyes. No career growth opportunities. Only senior managements and boss favorite have work scheduling privilege. Senior managements show no experience of management experience and knowledge.
