Pros
It would take too long to come up with something positive to say. I tried, I really, really tried. Even the very, very laid-back, casual dress isn't good - there are too many who think flip-flops and spandex pants are okay.
Cons
Lousy pay (when they give any), horrible bonuses (really? Less than .05% and you call that good?), no training what so ever, micromanagement, no stock options (even though the CEO claim we're shareholders - yeah, right), long hours and more expected, no positive feedback ever, no yearly reviews ever, managers talk down to everyone, managers lie to everyone, lousy insurance, lack of leadership, no career advancement opportunities, managers desperately need management training, CEO sends emails where he tries to sound intelligent and tries to sound like what he says is good, but everyone wonders why he even bothers to email us since they're insulting and could have been written by my twelve year old.
