Pros
Casual dress code, laptop to work from home
Cons
No standardized training provided to staff, very long hours, horrible morale, culture of FEAR, deceitful management practices, zero honest communication to staff. My boss' boss shows up for work 1 day a week and (except for one) directors come in late and leave early, but we are expected to maintain 50+ hour weeks. No training given to managers on how to manage; people are put in management roles because they are good at production or haven't quit after 3 years. Staff are thrown into the fire and expected to succeed or fail on their own; turnover is outrageous. Review ratings are inconsistent and I was told we had to have some staff listed as "underperforming" in order to conform to some corporate projected trend; despite their performance. Horrible.
