      Pros

      Money is ok , but considering all they expect from one person, it's not worth it. Upper management only cares about the bottom line, they do not care how you do it, just get it done.

      Cons

      Favoritism at this company is unbelievable, the rules only apply when it's convenient for them. They choose to look the other way, for most. A lot of upper management have relatives that work for them.

      Good work-life balance, Decent pay and bonus benefits

      No hierarchy for progression, Stuck in role for years without promotion and very minimal increment, Poor team dynamics, very small room for personal growth.
