Favoritism is rampant throughout the company, if you are not liked, you will never be promoted. When the company is doing poorly they place a hiring freeze which has been ongoing for 2 years now. Even though other managers are allowed to recruit new employees. Current managers are horrible, and treat their employees like dogs, when they do well, they get a "treat", when they do poorly, everyone is severely punished and even bullied.
