      The only good thing about working there are the medical benefits.

      Cons

      Micromanagers, pay was not good, and management treats inside sales like trash. HR does not do anything about the discrimination that occurs in the office.

      No hierarchy for progression, Stuck in role for years without promotion and very minimal increment, Poor team dynamics, very small room for personal growth.
