      Used to pay good but now does not give raises Pay is not comparable to other up and coming companies Only way to move up is to be in your higher ups back pocket Majority of employees are losing morale due to company filling their own pockets Managers and Supervisors do not care

      No hierarchy for progression, Stuck in role for years without promotion and very minimal increment, Poor team dynamics, very small room for personal growth.
