The company benefits are very good, especially if you need family health insurance coverage.

Cons

Not all of the company groups/departments are the same. Some groups are very positive, creative, and go above and beyond in guaranteeing the success of their team members. While other groups are very unhelpful, impersonal, and miserable to work in.
