Pros

The pay and benefits are decent for the area. In my opinion these are the only pros that this company has going for them

Cons

Horrible business ethics. Very unstable billing package that, after a year in production, the company still cannot get correct. Promotions with promised pay raises that you don't get for months. Very frustrated client base. No communication between departments.

There is a fair amount of favoritism, but it is mostly due to time spent with the company.

Too many silos for communication where information is lost, misconstrued, or left out entirely Reactive to change instead of charting a plan of action before making a decision Leadership is only present when they have something to tell, not just when they have something to say No accountability for mistakes, not enough vetting for potential impacts for product changes
