Benefits are ok, you get a decent amount to PTO and you can add people to your insurance who aren’t dependents.
Cons
Executive leadership at corporate do not communicate well. Information is siloed and not shared. Lots of lay offs happening and if you feel like you are safe in your job you should think again.
