Pros

Able to use skills to assist patients and be their advocate. Encourage and cheer patients through recovery. Fulfills personal need to provide a quality service and be kind to the public. Scanning patient charts much more efficient.

Cons

Poor phone system....super annoying and difficult Computer issues daily....slowness.... Constant addition to duties Mismanagement ICD 10 diagnosis code change Heavy paperwork No centralized insurance verification Heavy insurance verification phone calls Sumject to hospital inspections
