      Pros

      The salary is higher than other employers in the area. Good coworkers. Decent benefits. I really don't think there are any others pros.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. They have no established policies and procedures and seem to fly by the seat of their pants. Seems that incompetent yes men are promoted. Insurance requires employees to use Ssm facilities and doctors.
