terrible just terrible - IS Analyst SSM Health Employee Review

As part of the IS dept you will learn that you are worthless. If you do well they give you more stuff to do in less time, if you fail they throw you under the bus. No support from management or leads. The environment is employee vs management and management will not listen to you. Don't even think about asking to use your PTO they will do their best to make you feel as guilty as possible about taking it before they approve it. Oh and don't forget there's always a hiring freeze in for any positions in IT so you won't be getting any help and your interview process will take 3 months. And the insurance is a joke unless you want to go to an SSM doctor and not get birth control or asthma medications
