      Pros

      SSM acquiring this hospital was the best thing to happen to it and the community surrounding the hospital. The new hospital, which will be completed in the fall of 2020, will be nice but too small to really make a difference.

      Cons

      Clinical leadership is fairly young and inexperienced in leadership and nursing. The CNO is a great leader, so hopefully she will be able to strengthen the clinical leadership. The facility is old and out-of-date, and seems dirty.
