Pros
The hospital seemed like an excellent place to work. Many of the employees had been there for years.
Cons
The culture on my unit was very negative and the other nurses were very hateful to the point that I did not even complete my orientation because I was experiencing high anxiety and became nauseated every day before work. I did not meet 1 friendly person while I was there besides my manager. The nurses were bullies. Another thing I hated is I missed enrolling in benefits because you have to enroll while your at work so you cant even go over the benefits because the info we got at orientation did not even have prices and the HR website is closed Mon-weds every other week and I never worked on the week they were open.
