      Pros

      Family feel, Great co-workers, Great doctors, up to date technology, competitive hourly wages.

      Cons

      Declining staff ratios, Staffing grids being updated without taking acuity into account, was a great place to work but St. Mary's hospital Madison has an obsession with becoming more inline with the bigger sister company SSM even if it doesn't work as well.
