Pros
-Competitive pay -supporting staff -ability to work over time without requiring it -they have tuition assistance if you're looking to go into the medical field, which can really help out with progressing in your career.
Cons
-benefits cost an awful lot, relative to other jobs, but they are on par with working at a hospital. -You have to have to have to CYA, as a MHT. Or really, any job. There's a lot of liability; it's a hospital, if you screw up, no one is taking the fall for you.
