Pros
Co-workers are a gem. Teamwork is exceptional. Employees work very hard to remain positive even under the negative environment and stressful working conditions.
Cons
Management. They need leaders not people who are fake and looking out for themselves. It should be a pre-requisite for management to know how to do a particular job before supervising it. Too much "micro-managing" of employees. Need a better way about utilizing sick time and taking vacations. High patient to nurse ratios. Layoffs of employees.
