Business Outlook
Pros
Work culture is great, love working with my team. Managers approachable. Great health benefits. PTO/retirement are decent if you stay long enough. Mission focused in many ways.
Cons
Nurses are short staffed. Nurse to patient ratios make it difficult for nurses to be satisfied. I noticed they don't seem to feel appreciated by upper management. PTO has to be used for your paid holidays. You don't have a choice to not use PTO and take an unpaid day, so sometimes you use all your PTO on holidays and then have to take an unpaid day when you really need it (child sick, etc) if you haven't built it up yet.
