Short staffed; poor leadership; dirty; too many promises, not enough action; ER is embarrassing; patient/employee safety (or lack there of) is a big concern. There seem to be a lot of “cut backs”. No one wants to move to a higher position in fear of that job being “cut” 6 months down the road. New hospital being built, means $$ has to be cut from somewhere.
