Business Outlook
Pros
Great people that work the front lines of the hospital. The patients are for the most part pretty normal for an inner city hospital. It is a great place to learn, as it is a Level I trauma center and an academic faciltiy.
Cons
Management is focused 100 percent on making more and more profit. No amount of money will ever make them happy. Patient care is very low on the priority list. Employee retention is nonexistent. Only management retention is a hot button.
