Pros
Friendly staff, nice hospital it has a very modern look to it. Just last year got a lot of new pt lifting equipment.
Cons
For nurses weeks they do nothing it really sad. Raises are minimal last one was 0.025%. Management on the floors always sends out emails if you don’t attend this meeting you will get written up. The constant threats are annoying especially when we have meetings monthly. You can only take 3 sick days in 6 months or you can get fired.
