Pros
The surgeons and most of the coworkers at SSM Health in the OR are outstanding people in which to work. The OR facility is clean and organized. The OR Director, Margo Carpenter deserves excellent recognition. She is the best!
Cons
Having to take call in the main OR is tiresome. There should be shifts to cover 24/7 so there could be no call.
