Pros
Compensation average for community. We are asked to flex out often if census is low. Productivity is the goal; pt care takes second place to that. The patients are generally happy with their visits.
Cons
Insular, provincial, Catholic community. Little to no continuing education. For a long while there was a culture of bullying, thankfully, these people are gone. We are encouraged to use "scripting" which no one does--it's humiliating.
