Management can be micromanaging which doesn't allow you to complete your job to its fullest capacity. Benefits aren't the best, they advertised paid holidays, yet you are required to use your own vacation time to pay yourself on holidays as a salary employee. Doing quadruple the amount of work with less people, little to no pay increase despite the increase in inflation/gas increase/ and cost of living.
